Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 tsp for paneer bhurji:oil


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 cups onion


  • 1 tsp green chili


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/4 cups tomato 1/4


  • 1 cups crumbled paneer


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream


  • 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves


  • 2 nos for assembly:pav bread


  • 1/4 cups processed cheese


  • 6 nos onion ring slices


  • 2 tsp fresh coriander

Directions

  • For PANEER BHURJI : In a pan, heat some oil on medium heat, now add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Now add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes . Now add add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute again. Add chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes, add grated paneer and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt, fresh cream and cook.
  • Now add fresh coriander leaves.
  • For ASSEMBLY : Slice pav bread from the middle and add a layer of paneer bhurji on the sliced pav, add some grated cheese, onion rings and fresh coriander.
  • Bake the assembled slices in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve hot immediately, with ketchup or any of your favorite chutney.
